You're refunded for every full month you won't use. Your current month is counted as used (no partial-month proration), and every complete month remaining on your term is refunded based on what you actually paid, including your free month, which is already baked into the lower annual price you paid, so you're never shorted for it.

Kyrvec is a comprehensive facility operations platform operating strictly on a Bring-Your-Own-Processor (BYOP) model. Kyrvec does not process, handle, or store consumer payment information. All retail point-of-sale transactions, lane fees, and membership checkouts are processed securely through the range facility's own independently chosen merchant processor. Kyrvec never touches raw financial data; our software links with the processor via secure API and stores only the encrypted reference token required to coordinate facility bookings and management logs.
